Today i am going to continue to talk about being happy.
One of the healthiest things you can do is learn to smile more often. When we smile, it sends a message to our whole body, setting the time for our lives. Studies tell us when we smile, certain chemicals are released that travel throughout our system, relaxing us and helping us stay healthy. Whether you have a reason to smile or not, make up your mind that you are going to smile anyway.
Learn how to laugh. Quit being so uptight and stressed out. A relaxed attitude will not only lengthen your life, it will make it much more emjoyable.
That in itself is reason enough to quit complaining and start rejoicing. Stop complaining and give thanks in everything that happen to you. Compare yourself with people whom has worst situation than you. Think about people in the third world country who does not even has a sheltered and secure house. Anytime of the day there will be natural disaster swiping their house away. When you have problems with financial, there are people who didn’t have any money feed their stomach every meals, there are people who does not have money to subscribe to internet to increase their knowledge. When you have problems with health, there are people in the hospital struggling to fight the diseases that is with them for years. Always think about those people who you can help. This will help you to be content with who you are and give thanks everyday.
